Trilogy is dedicated to providing its employees the support necessary to advance through the ranks. Staying true to one of our core values, Ike Loa (the pursuit of knowledge), we launched the Trilogy Training Center to pave a pathway to success. Here at Trilogy we want to ensure that all of our Crew Members have the opportunity to learn and grow. The Trilogy Training Center provides users with access to Hawaiian culture and history, customer service training, food & beverage lessons, boating skills, sailing instruction, and vessel maintenance.
